Our beans are grown slowly in the thin, cool air of the hills — where days are long and the cherries have nothing to do but ripen.

Roasted with patience

We roast in small batches, listening for the crack, chasing caramel and cocoa rather than char. Nothing rushed. Nothing wasted.

Poured with care

Espresso pulled to the second. Milk stretched to silk. The last thing that happens to your coffee is a pair of steady hands.
